How AWARE do you think you are?
If you have come to this page, chances are you are self-aware that you have a problem/ symptom you have been struggling with for a while now and you desperately want to get relief from or change the way you feel.
While I can help you with it, at the outset, I would like to clarify that my idea of treatment has grown, as I have grown in my practice. It is not just symptom reduction or problem resolution anymore.
In my initial years of practice, I did it only to find that when most clients got better they realized that something was still missing. They wanted more, so did I.
I found that I wanted to do more than just spring cleaning. I wanted to do work that was meaningful not just to my clients but also to me. Life just cant be just about getting rid of something. But most of the time, we barely have a clue as to what it is really about.
You might say, I’m barely surviving here. To make it across. As long as I am functional and able to live up to certain standards (set by others or myself) I am good to go.
While that’s the need of the hour, what’s your highest need – for yourself from life? You said you just want to make it across, to where exactly is then my question.
Will you be okay once you achieve your physical goals?
Will you be okay once you achieve your materialistic goals?
Will you be okay once you achieve relationship goals?

What made me comfortable and later even begin to enjoy the exercises is the patience with which each exercise is taught. I was never asked to stretch more than I could. I was told to stop if something hurt. If I couldn't do a particular exercise, an alternative was suggested. Within two weeks, I saw an improvement in how I was moving. I began to believe I can reverse my situation given time and if I showed up for myself every single day.
Day 1 came when I really really needed to join the class to do my stretches. More than doing them. I loved talking to both. They never created a different atmosphere. It was very friendly and no stress. With all my aches and pains, I did what I was instructed. Taking a day off made me feel guilty. Slowly without their guidance, I used to do rhythmically one after the other joyfully and with full dedication..

As I have undergone both the knee replacement and I've been living with a single Kidney. I'm proud to mention that I'm not under any medication & not even substitutes.
